CariPembantu.id is a platform for finding domestic workers and support staff in Indonesia — from housekeepers, nannies, elder carers, cooks, and private drivers through to waitstaff, shop assistants, and Indonesian migrant workers (PMI). You can browse worker profiles, see their experience and skills, then contact suitable candidates directly.
Who can use this platform?
There are two sides. Families and businesses that need staff can search, filter, and contact candidates. Workers looking for a job can create a profile, list their experience and skills, and wait to be contacted. Creating an account and browsing profiles is free of charge.
How do I search for workers on CariPembantu.id?
Start from the Find Workers page, then filter by job category, city, experience, work type (live-in, live-out, daily, or contract), and salary range. Every profile shows experience, skills, location, and availability status, so you can compare several candidates before getting in touch.
How does verification work?
Workers can apply for identity verification by uploading a document, which our team then reviews before the verification status is shown on the profile. Identity documents are never shown to the public — only the verification status is visible. Note that verification confirms a person's identity; it does not guarantee the quality of their work, so assessment through an interview, reference checks, and a probation period remains important.
Does CariPembantu.id charge workers any fees?
Creating a profile, appearing in search, and being contacted are free of charge. The only paid items are optional: employers subscribe to unlock candidate contact details, and workers can buy Profile Promotion if they want to stand out more. Both are optional — a free profile can still be found.
How is my personal data protected?
Personal data such as your phone number, full address, and identity documents is not shown on public pages or to search engines. Candidate contact details are unlocked only for employers who are entitled to access them. The full explanation is available in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
